- Schematic capture, with a joint work with the customer to choice the best components in term of cost, reliability and delivery time issues.

- Board layout with a particular care in component placing and critical net routing in order to minimize EMI/EMC, to be compliant with safety standard (e.g. creepage and clearence distance), to have a good power dissipation and to minimize cost as much as possible.

- Gerber file generation for PCB production.

- BOM list generation

  • Providing Required Data

    Schematic (schdoc, DSN or sch) or netlist, structure diagram (DXF), package library (requires new package to provide datasheet manual), design requirements, etc.

  • Layout Evaluation

    Based on design specifications, design guidelines, customer design requirements, and related CHECKLIST. After the project is started, our engineers will perform the schematic DRC inspection, structural verification and other electrical design requirements. If there is any problem, the EQ record will be reported to the customer.

  • Customer Layout Confirmation

    Provide layout files and structure files for customers to conduct layout review; customers confirm layout rationality, stacking scheme, impedance scheme, structure, package, and confirm layout parameters.

  • PCB Layout Data Output

    PCB source files, Gerber files, assembly files, steel mesh files, structural files, etc. After PCB Layout design is completed, our engineers will perform mutual inspection, including DFM inspection, QA inspection, EMC inspection, customer confirmation, and production documents such as Gerber.
